  3. I believe we have to love ourselves, as well as take care of our thoughts, our actions and our health as best as we can. God gave us the gift of life and we should take care of this body, mind and action, as best as we are capable of. We are all beautiful in our own way,,, and yes, if you can’t love yourself then how can you expect anyone else to love you?
