You know, it doesn’t matter how much you are into personal empowerment and Law of Attraction, what action and processes you apply to improve your your life. Not much will shift, unless you shift this one thing.
So what is this one thing that can ultimately empower your life?
Well, before I go into that, I’d like to ask you, What do you think that is? Take a moment now and allow yourself to locate the answer within. Take three slow and deep breaths in and out (no cheating, please!), close your eyes and ask yourself, ‘What is the one thing I can do daily that can shift every area of my life?’
You’ve probably guessed! That one thing is called Self-Love.
Here’s another interesting thing… if it popped up fast for you, congratulations! You’re either about to, or are already practicing Self-Love. If you had hard time finding the answer, no worries, all you needed to do is put your focus back on it. It’s there. You came from it!
Many people want to improve their life and manifest amazing experiences but aren’t practicing Self-Love, this one thing that is one of the highest vibrations you can generate has the power to shift every area of your life.
Our society has taught us that loving oneself is selfish. ‘How dare you! You shouldn’t think about yourself so much…’ We would hear. Just observe little children, or think of yourself as a kid and you’ll remember your worthiness. This is not to say that you should disregard others, rather to fill yourself with what feels good to you.
When you don’t love yourself, nothing in the world can satisfy and fill that emptiness inside, well, at least not for long. You sabotage yourself and your dreams. You indulge in self-destructing behaviors.
Just think about what happens when you practice self-love deliberately and unconditionally. You can’t help but radiate love on the outside, show it to others and magnetize more of it back to you. Your vibration and point of attraction shifts, others notice and respond to you differently. You take inspired action towards your dreams, instead sabotaging yourself, and most importantly, you feel wonderful.
So what decision you can make or action take today to love yourself deliberately and unconditionally?
How can you love yourself, not just when you’re feeling good. But, even when you have one of those days. Even when those around you aren’t showing you love. Even when things aren’t yet exactly the way you want them to be, etc.

Celebrate yourself and everything in your life when feeling good, write your appreciation lists in your LOA journal. Do something nice for yourself…
Acknowledge the way you feel when you are not feeling your best and make that okay too. Soothe your energy by allowing yourself to feel all emotions.
