I’m a big fan of affirmations as they can truly evoke and amplify the positive feelings within us, which is the #1 key to Law of Attraction and Manifesting. However, I’ve seen people (even myself) wanting to use affirmations when they would least work, and that is when we are feeling down and our vibration is low. You may be feeling pessimism, impatience, frustration or any other lower level emotion, and you are tired of feeling that way.
When affirming from this vibrational state, positive affirmations can feel irritating or worse. What you want to do instead is find the feelings of relief. Forget about affirmations and being positive when you’re not even close to feeling that way. Your goal is to soothe yourself and raise your vibration.
