You know that for the Law of Attraction to work in your favor, the single most important thing to do is to keep your vibrational frequency high and be consistent with it.
Intellectually you get it, right? Look for the ways to feel good in the now and you’ll attract more of everything that feels good to you. But as we all are habitual beings, everything new we try will take some deliberate intent and focus before it becomes a new way of being for us.
We’ll go into what you can actually do to keep your vibration high consistently, but let me tell you this first… you can’t do it all the time (at least, not in the beginning). We all face challenges that take us down emotionally and vibrationally. Having said that, you don’t have to stay there. You have the power to refocus and choose again. The important thing to remember is that you can get pretty close, and with time, you can become a masterful deliberate creator. The more you master your own energy, the better reality you’ll create by the powerful Law of Attraction. The more you recognize that, the more consistent you’ll naturally be.
Now, let’s explore what you’ve done so far to keep your vibration high. Have you even decided or committed to raising your vibration yet? If not, that’s your first step. If yes, what have you tried and how did it work? Another question, how much time do you put into your vibrational work on a daily basis? What shifts and insights have you been noticing as a result?
You know, many people expect Law of Attraction to work for them without them having to do anything differently. It’s like standing in front of the mirror, frowning and expecting to see the smiling reflection. It’s the same with LOA; you have to keep your own vibration high for some time before you can see improvement in your outer world.
Commitment and consistency will set you in the right direction.
What do you know if you committed to doing today would help you raise and keep your vibration high? Do you know that moving your body, exercising, visualizing meditating (or whatever that is for you) makes you feel good, but you keep finding reasons not to do it? What would it take to spread those things over your calendar and make feeling good your priority?
Another thing that will keep you stuck in the low vibration is being attached to a certain technique. There are so many wonderful tools and Law of Attraction processes that I take my clients through to help them keep their vibration high, but you have to know when to do it. If something feels like pulling teeth, it means now isn’t the right time to do it. It should feel easy and like a relief.
