The New Year is already here, have you reflected on this past year; celebrated successes and set the intention for what you want in 2015? Maybe you didn’t have much to celebrate and you’re not even sure about what you want to create this year – no worries, wherever you are, is OKAY. My intention is to inspire you to kick-start 2015 and become a vibrational match to what you want.
Most people set goals and take actions that don’t feel good to them and then they wonder why they don’t succeed in creating their desires. Instead of making resolutions that don’t work, I encourage you to focus on how you want to feel so that you can have fun in the process, then put structures into place to anchor and manifest that vision.
How to Become a Vibrational Match to What You Want in 2015
To begin, give yourself permission to dream big. Take a moment to imagine and write down everything you’d like to be, have and do in 2015.
Once you revelled in the energy of your desires and have them documented, set the intention to have what you want. Affirm and write down, I’m ready to receive, be, experience, etc.__________. Fill in the blank with whatever it’s that you want to create in 2015.
Your vision may change with time as you evolve and grow, but you want start building the positive momentum now.
Next, find the feeling basis of what you want. Ask yourself, why do I want this? This will take you straight to the feelings that are at the core of your vision and make you a magnet to everything that is compatible with that energy.
Finally, set out to practice deliberately the core feelings or vibration of your vision. What are some alternative ways you could experience the same feelings now? For example, if having manifested your dream car would give you the feelings of adventure, fun, freedom, etc. How else can you experience these emotional qualities? Write down whatever comes and then schedule as many activities as possible into your calendar. Have maped out at least 4 things weekly that will give you the core feelings of what you want.
It’s easy to let life get in the way and have you distracted from being a deliberate creator. You want to prioritize, create a plan and stick to it! By doing this intentionally and consistently, your vibration will raise and you will feel amazing. You’ll become a vibrational match to what you seek fast.
See what thoughts, activities, experiences you can put into action deliberately even today that will help you become a vibrational match to what you want in 2015.
What are your thoughts or tips on becoming a vibrational match to what you want? Have you given yourself a chance to envision 2015 feeling and being your way? Please, leave me a comment and Let’s continue conversation!
You can feel either good or bad at any moment, but there’s a way to feel good about feeling bad. There’s nothing worse you could do than to feel bad because you feel bad.
Learning about the Law of Attraction and understanding how it is that we create our own reality, feeling good has become # 1 on my priority list. I know how it sucks when I feel bad and it never gets me what I want.
While life happens, and while you are here to experience a variety of emotions, you can learn to feel good even in the midst of feeling bad.
I have been feeling not that good since my mother-in law got sick suddenly a few months ago and then made her transition into non-physical last week. And Even though I believe that she’s in a much better place now than she was, this hit me hard. There has been a natural feeling of sadness in my heart that happens when you ‘loose’ someone or something close to you, which I had been resisting.
I became really good at applying the Law of Attraction and exercising feeling good deliberately, but not in a situation like this.
Beside feeling bad for being sad, I felt bad for my kids for whom I thought would have handle the situation the hardest (but not really, after I explained them that their grandma was in a better place now) they got it pretty quickly. Children also know that to feel good is who they really are and while they sometimes don’t, they easily realign back with that truth. Another reason for my unhappiness was seeing my husband, brother-in law, and sisters in law sad.
After a while, I realized that even though I have the ability to guide my mind and be happy under all conditions, acceptance of certain feelings was the key to feeling good. It was a relief to remember that.
It is okay to be sad sometimes. It’s important to allow yourself to feel whatever your soul wants to feel at the moment. Once you feel a little bit better, then you can reach for a better feeling thought and move up the emotional scale. You want to soothe yourself firs and allow the natural process of healing to take place.
Yes, feeling good is still the # 1 priority for me, but I also learned that it can range from feeling of relief to joy and exhilaration.
It also helps to identify and understand the emotion you’re feeling, some emotions need more time to process while it is easier with others. I learned in college that grief has five stages and that one needs time to grieve. This understanding helps me to help others too.
