Do you like the idea of meditation, but feel you don’t have enough time to meditate? What if I told you that meditation could be your ultimate tool for manifesting the life you want, would you find the time then? Maybe for you it is getting up/going to bed 30 min. earlier, or watching TV less.
Maybe you’re one of those people who don’t need to meditate in order to feel good and keep your vibration high, but chances are that you may have limiting beliefs around a particular desire that prevent you from attracting it into your experience. For example, some people have success with manifesting financial abundance and or physical heath, but in the relationship department, they suck.
The biggest benefit of meditation from the Law of Attraction perspective is energy balance. You attract and manifest through your energy. Meditating regularly clears your mind, which restores you back to your core and balances your personal energetic frequency. This is why I call it, your ultimate manifesting tool; it all boils down to your vibration.
By making meditation your regular routine, you make space and allow yourself to tap into infinite possibilities instead of letting the beliefs that you learned and don’t serve you run your life. In addition, everything you attempt to do from that neutral state will be easy, fast, and in alignment with your deepest desires. Through meditation, you can gain the clarity of who you really are and what you really want, so that you can attract it more easily. Sometimes what we think we want and what we want ultimately is different.
Besides using meditation as your ultimate tool for manifesting the life you want, let me run you through some more benefits of it:
–better health; meditation reduces stress levels and alleviates anxiety. From this alone, many other health benefits will ensue
–improved concentration; this will make you more productive
–less bothered by little things; meditation helps you detach from unimportant little things that lower your energy and affect your vibration
–knowledge of the Self. Meditation allows you to have deeper understanding of your inner self and your life’s purpose
“Research now seems to indicate that one hour of inner action is worth seven hours of out-in-the-world action. Think about that. You’re working too hard.” –Jack Canfield
Taking action is necessary to accomplish things, but energy is the fuel behind it. What you really want is to be inspired and guided to taking appropriate action.
Meditation can be simple as taking 10-15 minutes of your day to sit in silence and focus on your breathing. I encourage you to give it at least three weeks and see what happens. I assure you’ll be amazed by the results, insights, and manifestations afterwards.
