Even though, holiday season is suppose to feel magical, it can turn into the most stressful time of the year for many. Whether it’s finances, family dynamics, lots of work in the kitchen, painful memories, or whatever, if you buy into its reality, you will end up recreating more of the same by the powerful Law of Attraction. No matter what it is for you that could stress you out, you can decide to get ahead of it all and deliberately create great holiday season this year. Below are the 7 ways to feel great during the holidays.
1. Pre pave the way.
Set the energy into motion and first experience in your mind how would you like your holidays to be, and withdraw your attention completely from that which you don‘t like. The Law of Attraction is responding to the way you feel at any given moment, to your vibration, and you can deliberately choose how to feel and therefore create more of pleasing experiences.
2. Give yourself permission to have fun.
This seems like an impossible task when there’s so much to do, but if you take the time to pamper your soul first and spend at least half to one hour doing something you enjoy, you will be surprised how many things get done afterwards.
I love shifting my energetic state and music is the best and fastest way I know that will raise your vibration and make you feel great. Choose some kind of music you enjoy and loosen up when doing chores and running around!
4. Shift your inner dialogue in the moment.
Listen to your inner dialogue and shift it deliberately whenever you notice negative or stressful thoughts popping up, before you create more momentum and the Law of Attraction starts bringing you more of the same. Ask yourself, is this something I would like to experience or not? If not, change the subject in your mind to something that feels pleasing or at least neutral.
If your desire is to be generous, but your current financial situation isn’t supporting your desire, chances are that you will end up broke and add unnecessary stress for the holidays. Set an amount you can spend on presents and stick to it!
6. Don‘t buy into the drama.
Don’t feed into other people’s drama. Whether it’s a family member, or anyone else for that matter, ask yourself, is this going to be important a year from now? The answer is usually no 😉
After all, If you find yourself feeling stressful or you are simply tired, the best way to push the reset button is to meditate for 10-15 min. It doesn’t have to be long, even if only for few minutes. When we quiet our mind, we return back to our Source of being and rejuvenate the body, mind, and soul.
Hope this helps you feel great this holiday season. Happy Holidays!
