This has come to me just at the right time … Going trough a very sour separation that has been going on for the last five months … I keep looking at the “reality” and so I keep on attracting the same over and over … But if I just can manage to let the reality be and focus more and more on what I want … Things would change … I know … But why can’t I just do that … Why do I need to keep on looking at the reality … As if I tought that someone is gonna say : ok that’s it, you have suffered enough, let us bring you joy … But I know that’s not the way it works. So thank you for sending those words, I will change my focus 🙂

    1. It is easy and tempting to do that, because the reality is right into our face. It is much easier to look at the reality that already “is” than to do something different and therefore activate vibration within ourselves of the reality we want, but don’t be discouraged it can be done. Perhaps my next post should be about how to practice the vibration of what is wanted more 🙂

  3. I agree with you. The life you have today is only the result of what you had thought and focus upon yesterday. I always teach my student to focus on their vision. If a negative vibration is felt be aware of its presence and let it flow pass by you. If a positive vibration is felt embrace it so you can feel positive all the time 🙂

  5. Great reminder! It can be “easy” to focus our energies on the things that we don’t want in the hopes that we can change it. Truth is, what we focus on grows, so it is important to focus on more of what we do want and less of what we don’t. Love these simple tips to shift your perspective. It does get easier with time as you start to retrain your mind to think the way you want it to think rather then by the way so many of us have been programmed to think.

    For myself, I find that shifting the energy can be as easy as moving around, and choosing in that moment to have a different thought. Another great way is by like you mentioned jumping in the shower, taking a walk in nature, listening to music, essentially anything that is going to get your mind to focus on something that feels good to you.

    As much as we create with our thoughts it is the feelings that these thoughts invoke that have the real power to shape our world. 🙂
